How do I give feedback to other community members on their skill evidence?

Updated 29 months ago

Giving Feedback through the CareerPrepped Feedback System

You can give feedback to other community members on their skill evidence when others have requested it from you. CareerPrepped users with admin accounts don't have to wait for feedback to be requested, they can give feedback proactively from the "Actions" buttons in their user table located in their Admin Panel.

In order for one community member to request feedback from another, you must follow them or they must follow you. The steps to respond to a feedback request are below:

1. Sign in to CareerPrepped.com
2. Click "Feedback"
3. Requests for your feedback display under "Feedback Requests"
4. Click "Respond" to give feedback to another community member who has requested it from you
5. Respond to all questions in the review process and click "I'm Finished"
Result: The person will be notified the evidence for their claimed skill was reviewed and your feedback will result in a star rating for the person's claimed skill depending on your rating selections. Ratings can be improved if the next time you rate the person's skill, you give higher ratings. New ratings will replace old ratings allowing feedback recipients to take action on feedback received to improve their star ratings.
